ACRYLICS

Exuberance, 2008
Mixed media
24" x 18"

This painting began as a sedate, conventional arrangement of 12 four inch squares on an 18 x 24" sheet that had been painted with soldier blue milk paint. Using different colored milk paints, iridescent gold watercolor and white gouache, over, around and within the original squares, developed into this far more interesting image which I have labeled "Exuberance" for its energy.
